I go here probably once a week maybe 3 times a month. Great sandwiches! But that's not what my review is about. I don't normally do reviews just because I forget, but this one I can't forget. The last 6 or 7 times I've been in this location there has been a gentlemen that has helped me (he says he has a day job in Omaha as a recruiter for a company, I wish I could remember his name. Tall, muscular fella) and his attitude is absolutely outstanding!! He is always so positive and no matter what, he makes your day better. He is always happy and his customer service is top notch. I really wish more people had the attitude he has. I've never had a bad sandwich from here either...so keep it up!

I placed an order for delivery not realizing between 2:30 and 5 there was no delivery. I received a call right after I placed my order letting me know that my delivery time would then be set to 5. Instead of having to wait until 5, Kirsten (I hope I'm spelling that right) had my food delivered to me within 20 minutes of ordering when she didn't need to. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had my meal. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
